- 97% of orders are delivered well within the estimated timelines.
- Shipping delays can happen especially during festive seasons, local disturbances or unfavourable weather conditions hence customers are advised to place orders well in advance.
- Shipping is a third-party service, and we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays.
- Shipping delays cannot be grounds for order cancellations
- In some rare scenario power outages and equipment malfunctions may cause delays, but these will not be grounds for order cancellation.
- We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are applicable for RTO orders in case re-shipping is required.
- Incorrect or incomplete details mentioned during checkout may lead to RTOs and re-shipping fees will be chargeable in such cases.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries.
- Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Product Defect, if any need to be raised on the day of delivery itself.
- We highly recommend making a clear parcel opening video that shows item defects when parcel is opened.
